We discuss psychological principles in light of the FBI/DOJ behavior. We look at the unconscious way a group defends itself irrationally, embedded group principles, and the abuse of power. Julie concludes that there is no reasonable way to think that the DOJ can be helped. Wholesale organizational cuts, and new aggressive checks and balances, are the least that would be required for change of the organizational culture in the DOJ.
