Julie reviews a report about racial bias published by the Association for Psychological Science. We discuss differences between racism (which includes hostility) and bias (which does not include hostility). She reviews the distinction between unconscious bias, called implicit, and conscious bias, called explicit. Diversity training for individuals does not work well but locating the disparities in the system, and remedying those, has shown to be effective. This supports the Libertarian view.
